I have been very satisfied with the Pool we purchased. I have not been as satisfied with the maintenance contacting me for a problem I called in on water leakage from the pool liner. Since I am paying for the water I have to replenish on a daily basis and the erosion of the lawn that this water is causing, I think it only fair that Blue World Pools lives up to their end of the bargain and get a repairman out here to find the leak and patch the hole. This has been my first real problem that I have had with the pool and I hope I get some attention.

This company sucks and lies straight to you. I had a blue world pool rep come to my house in june sold me a pool i put 500 dollars down promised me i would have my pool in 3to4 weeks. I love my blue world pool

I just wanted to let everyone know how much I love this company. they have made my family's dream of owning a pool a reality. the pool was installed quick and easy. We have enjoy the pool so much and they make it affordable to own. the pool is great for all kinds of family get to gathers. it easy to maintain and keep running. we have six kids so it also helps with keeping the kids out of the house and off the electronics. so I would highly highly recommend this company to anyone that wants a pool in their back yard with so many different options that have something for everyone.

They wasn't honest

They came told us about pool and it was to high for me so they kept talking they dont take no he was pushing the owner of the place had to leave salesman said just sign your and his name and talk him when he get back so the price will be locked in and just call this number speak this guy with in three days to say yes or noand thats all Ii got to do i try calling when I fanily got some one to talk to me they said it to late to cancel and the owner of the land never sign it and they said we were stuck or lein on his land i only sign his name to and the salesman visit and didn't know it was a contract without him sign the salesman lie told me wrong information in new i couldn't read wellso now I got a pool could not get out of land owner got *** off because he didn't sign anything and the guy said i get in trouble for signing his name but it wasn't supposed to be fanel i got sick of argue with them dont know how to finish paying for it because they don't tell you the whole cost until later

Blue World Pool-Loving It

I have been interested in obtaining a pool for some time now. Recently after seeing an ad, I contacted Blue World Pools for an estimate. A meeting was arranged quickly for someone to come to my home. After hearing the details and seeing the beautiful pools, I decided to purchase an above ground pool. Arrangements were made for the installation and I now have a beautiful 24' Classic pool in my yard. I was genuinely surprised and pleased at the size of the pool and how many people can comfortably swim at the same time. The pool looks great and friends and neighbors have been very complimentary on the results. I am landscaping the yard and have been very pleased with how nicely the pool has fit into the landscaping. It looks great. Even though we did not get to enjoy for the entire summer this year, we look forward to many years of enjoyment. I recommend these pools to anyone interested in a pool for their family enjoyment.

SCAM! SCAM!! SCAM!!!

PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT IN THE CONTRACT.The information in the the contract is the complete opposite of what the sales representative tells you. The sales representative and the commercial advertising is very misleading. My husband and I signed a contract and later decided it was a huge mistake. We were told we would finance $10,500; however, the paperwork showing finance charges and interest rates would not be available for 2 weeks. How is this and we only have 3 business days to cancel a contract that requires a written statement to be received in the Nevada office? This statement must be received by then, NOT POSTMARKED BY THEN. This means they have a right to charge you the max interest rate for your state along with whatever for financing. You could end up paying more than $20,000 FOR A $3,200 POOL!!! When you call to follow up on a cancel request, that's when it gets real! They are so rude and defensive especially Kathleen in the Finance Dept. Out of this huge corporation there is only one man to approve cancellations, KEVIN FISHER, who hides behind his staff avoiding calls until you threaten ATTORNEY! This place is very unethical and does bad business. It is sad for someone to spend their days ripping hard working Americans off - how do they sleep at night? Blessed! We were able to consider our contract null and void and don't have to deal with BLUE WORLD POOLS for the rest of our lives because it would have definitely been a lifetime nightmare!

Avoid this company

This has to be one of the worst experiences I've had dealing with a company. First of all, no one can answer a question. I get transferred about 5 times every time. Second, you have to do all the work. I waited 3 weeks then called to check on install just to be told my install is ready to be schedule, wait 7-10 days to hear from installer. Day 11, I called. They said, "Oh yes, your pool is ready to be installed. Here is the installer's number. Call him to set it up." 6 days later, after calling him and leaving messages, he finally calls back and schedule install a week out. I called him 2 days before install and he didn't know he was supposed to install my pool on that agreed day. Now we have to reschedule again because none of his equipment is working. This company is unorganized. The people in the call centers are unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company. They preach customer service but that's as far as it gets they haven't given it yet.

Blue World Pools - Pool Overcharge Review

So upset!!!! We were lied to so bad. Got a pool from blue world pool in May 2013, meet with a salesmen and was lied to about price of pool paid 1000 down and paper said balance due was 8500, I called to get a payoff and was shocked, now a year later blue world tells me we owe over 15 thousand dollars on this pool. I would really like to know if anyone has filed a lawsuit against this company. Please if you see an ad on blue world pools take it from me and run run run as fast as you can. The price was the iceing on the cake we were lied to about a number of different thing. I know we are not the only people who put in a pool for the kids and got scammed. I can't believe how the salesmen and people at BLUE WORLD POOLS can lay down and sleep at peace at night, I guess that's the difference in people. So please don't give blue world pools a chance to scam you. Oh by the way also found out if we pay our payments for the whole term it will add up to 33 thousand dollars. We could have an In ground pool for less than that. So after saying that, I am very upset that this has happened to us and to everyone else, and it also sad that blue world doesn't have enough faith in their pools that they have to *** people to get business. Thanks for letting me vent and remember run run run!!!!!! We have to stick together a stop blue world pools from scamming other innocent people so please help me and all the other victims of blue world pools.

we also tried to cancel they told us we were three days late except instead of nine thousand dollars it was more like $22,000...now five years later we still owe seventeen thousand and the pool dry....liner leaked all last year to replace the liner is another $900...blue World Sold pur loan to a company it went bankrupt...now we're not sure that all of our payments were applied to a loan.....talking about taking advantage I guess we got our money's worth huh....so if you don't want ripped off don't buy blue world pool invest in a underground pool...more people will want to come out and take care of it for you they hate above ground pools

24 foot mid-line pool

We LOVE this pool. We had talked about installing one for a while and even contacted some other companies. No other business was as helpful as Blue World Pools. The sales personnel answered every question and concern we had before-hand and make the purchase super easy. The pool installers really knew what they were doing (even in the rain). They even called the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. Maintenance is a breeze. We've never had a pool before, so we had a few hiccups at the beginning keeping the water clear. The customer service people we talked to were very helpful and patient, and after just a few weeks, our pool was crystal clear and we've had no problem since. It's been wonderful in this heat to have this cool water to jump into everyday. We wish we had done it sooner.

This place is a freaking joke had a appointment set for 530 no call no show called to find out what was going on and they informed me they didn't have and sales people in my area!!!! You really don't know this *** before you set appointments with people. On a good note you probably saved me a ton of money and just a week ago they where at my neighbors house to sell her a pool tons of bad reviews on blue world pools just wish I woulda found them before wasting a afternoon waiting on them

Biggest rip off ever on pools!! beware

After the death of my daughters father when she turned 18 she received a little money. She was interested in purchasing a pool. when the rep. got here she was here for 4 hours and pressured her into a $9,000 pool with the understanding she could cancel if she changed her mind. She did change her mind then the rep. refused to answer her calls. After many conversations with Kevin at bwp we were forced to pay the bill or be sued. The pool was set up it was not level even after 2 people there with them said it didnt look level, they left we filled it with water. it was very unlevel screws coming out of footers I had to tighten. this 2nd year the ionizer doesnt work and there were no papers about it in the paperwork for info. also we didnt get a drain hose or winter cover. For that price everything should have been included. in conclusion they took advantage of a young girl with a little money. WHAT A RIPP OFF DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
