Don't Buy Any Pool From Blue World Pools!
Having worked for the company and not getting paid for service, I can't believe anyone would buy one of these pools. I only worked one month, but I realized they dont want to sell you a $399.00 pool. If you purchase an upgraded lifetime pool, You will be paying about $30,000.00 in interest payments to the finance company and they will put a second mortgage on your house. Please don't buy any pool from Blue World Pools. I have called everyone of the people which committed to purchase a pool and informed them to cancel their order.

Blue World Pools scammed, lied, and stole!
On July 5th, we had a salesmen at our home to consider buying a pool. After 4 hours of deal making we had signed up and put a deposit on a $22,000 pool that was promised to be installed in 2wks. The very next morning, I called to cancel the order. The customer service rep. told me he would send my deposit back to me and there wouldn't be any problems. 4wks later, they call to inform me I can't cancel they were going to put a leen on my house, and make me pay for the pool. After scamming a little more, we thought we couldn't do anything about it. We find out our check was cashed and were guaranteed a pool installed by 8-15, well this morning I get a letter in the mail stating that their lenders are being "picky" and they can't finance a pool at this time. It's 2 months later, the end of summer and we have no pool, we lied to and robbed!BLUE WORLD POOLS IS A JOKE!!!!

Blue World Pools - False Advertising
I called Blue World Pools and they came out to measure the land. I saw their ad on the Tv and it said the econoline pool for $399 so I thought that would be cool. So when he was done measuring he said its good and the yard was perfect and they have a good place to bring it into the yard. He said its gonna cost $800 because its being shipped from Atlanta and I said I have relatives there and they could pick it up and he made up a story saying I can't do that. Next time the commercial came on I looked carefully and it said nothing about the shipping so its false advertising because they are saying that its $399 when its actually $800.

Blue World Criminals
My husband decided to finally let them come to the house after cancelling 5 or 6 times. When the woman came she thought she was coming into the house of victims and she was the thief. She entered the wrong house. My husband and I listened to her little sales pitch. Her pitch included showing us how the $399 pool was such a piece of junk that she would not recommend buying it. She was really trying to make us feel like she was our friend and was trying to get us the best deal. She worked up the numbers which came up to $19,000.00. We told her she had lost our mind. After she spoke with her "people" trying to "get us the best deal possible" because she "liked us" we got to speak to some of their salesman trying to make us pay over $300.00 a month for an abovegorund pool. After speaking on the phone to their last ditch effort salesman, he began to insult us saying that we could pay for this and we were trying to be cheap. By this time they had dropped the price down to $9,000.00 because we were such nice people. My husband told the salesmand what he thought of him and told the salewoman to leave our house. If you have bought from them shame on you for falling for this very ridiculous sales pitch. They were worse than car salesman at a cheap dealership...except they come in to your house. Sams club carries these above ground deluxe metal pools for $2,000.00. If you have fallen for this you might need to get some sort of financial counseling because you are easy prey in the world of hunters.

Help if you want to fight Blue World Pools
I also had Blue World Pools co. pulling my credit report without my permission.
Not only one time but twice in the same week. These people I think can help you. Amy Sams, Financial Investigator from the Attorney Generals Office in Jacksonville, FL 904-348-****. ALSO file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I did that but they would not take the inquiries off of my report but they do need to know what is going on. The response from Blue World Pools was pretty much the Fair Credit Report act lingo that I feel is just a loop hole for them to hide behind.

They tried to steal my money!
Approximately 1 1/2 years ago, my wife and I were looking into buying a blue world pool. The same day we called, the salesman showed up with his barrage of sales tactics. Our interest in the cheapest pool was suddenly one of the most expensive pools they had. He kept calling and calling some guy until the deal that THEY wanted was signed. Yes, we fell for it! We ended up giving all of our life information to them, had to give them a copy of our home mortgage and deed, and on top of that, a two hundred dollar check to show "good faith". Well 20 minutes after this salesman left, we started getting this uneasy feeling about the whole thing and googled the company. We found that there were hundreds of complaints, even from former employees on a site that was called the "Bad Business Bureau". Needless to say, we were getting out of that deal. We had 72 hours from the signing of the contract to opt out. But we couldn't get the salesman or the mystery man to answer their phones. The next day I was waiting at the bank door to get the check stopped. Well, since they had all of our information, we had to close our account and create a new one. We finally got in touch with the salesman and told him to tear up the check, and he told us that it was too late, he already mailed it to the office in Arizona. We also had to notify them by letter to opt out. We ended up sending it by certified mail to 3 different addresses they went by. There is only 72 hours to opt out for a reason, right? 2 of the letters returned unsigned for. The same day that we contacted the salesman to cancel our order, the mystery man called over and over to harrass me and get rude saying, " You said you wanted the pool, didn't you?- DIDN'T you?" Over and over he kept on. All I said to him was I was not interested in their product and after he got violent on the phone, I hung up. They also found a way to cash the check we gave them. From our NEW account! We reported them for fraud to the two banks involved and thank God that we got out of the deal with them. Do not do business with Blue World Pools!! They have also changed the name of their company several times.

Blue World Pools...Bull!! Glad I researched!
Do not use this company. We had an appointment that they never showed to and when we called they were very unprofessional and rude! The rep named Ron and Janet the "supervisor" laughed at my husband's frustration and then said they may have someone out around 8:30 pm. I looked them up on this site and immediately canceled! Thank Goodness! This company should DEFINATELY be closed for ripping off hard working people! Don't use this company! Scam Scam Scam Scam Scam Scam!!! I strongly suggest you go to a local retailer and not use this bull company

Blueworld pools is a rip off, this site saved me from being scammed!
blueworld pools and their $349 pool is a crock - I read many complaints on this website. Thankfully, I wasn't pulled into their scam. Briefly to sum it up, no rep to my home, the contract states in bold no phone calls , pictures of my land and liability insurance for $300,000 for a pool that I was going to pay cash for!! Don't let this company fool you - it is not accredited through the Better Business Bureau and the BBB has processed 115 complaints against this company! Thankfully, I wasn't pulled in b/c I read many reviews on this website!!

A true scam company. They even scam their own employees.
I worked for Blue World in Florida and Louisania for 2 1/2 Months. Kevin Fisher the national Sales Mgr is a true *** and has no reguard for any one that works for him or that his company sells pools to. Sean Warren the owners son is the guy behind the slick web sites. Seemed like a nice guy but is in on the scam to. They rip off their own salesmen just like they do their customers. A truly predatory type company. Please do what you can to help put them out of business. Call your TV, your Attorny Genneral and FTC.

Blue World Pools Dodging Legal Service
This is an update from May of this year. I was employed by the company and upon quitting them my paycheck had a stop payment issued on it by Mike Warren. Several calls to them about this go unreturned. They refuse to pay me for the hard work I did for them.I have filed legal action in the State of Florida, Pasco County. The registered agent for Florida, Andrew Warren, is dodging the legal summons for service as well as Mike Warren in Atlanta. Why dont they just go ahead and do the right thing and pay what is owed?

Blue world pools wants money before even deciding on what pool you want!!!
The people at blue world pools have lost there minds. I have been trying since october of last year to get a rep. out here from there. Well today they call again and say that they are unable to make, that i will be recieving a packet in the mail. like the other 2 times. So i call, The first lady in finance she was the rudest person, i did not even need to talk to anyone in finance, well long story short. I finally got to talk to a rep his name was ROB. Do you know what he had the nerve to tell me. His exact words were " You have to make blue world pool beleive that you are serious, the only way to do that is to send the money for the pool." DO WHAT!!! No representative has been out here, i haven't even decided on what pool, everyone i speak to has attitudes. Now this wasn't $100 or $500. More like in the thousand. They really are scamming people. What can we do about this??? Does anyone know!!!

Blue World Pools stopped payment on my paycheck
Blue World Pools stopped payment on my paycheck. I provided them with the proper 7 days notice and my final paycheck of only $1498.55 was returned to my bank unpaid. I have called and left messages for Sean Warren, Mike Warren, Kevin Fisher. These are the owners and top management that would take care of this issues as well as issue the stop payment. Kevin Fisher does the payroll. Mike Warren as well as another individual signs the checks. Each time I call I am placed on hold by the girl that answers the phone. She then returns to me and informs me that they are either in a meeting or are not in the office. I did file a compalint on this site a few days ago detailing thier operation. Again I would like to extend a request to a lawyer that might be interrested in going after these people to please contact me. This website will provide you with my personal contact information.

Blue world pools
Thank you for informing about the blue world pools. I now can tell them to leave me alone if they come to my house and do their free ground inspection of my back yard for the $349 above ground pool. They have not set it up yet with me, but plan to call and set it up soon. If and when they call, I will inform them to leave me alone, and that I am not interested in their pool. I have read alot of complaints and these are very bad people... Good Luck, and I hope you find others who can help sue their butts off! Brenda

I have called several times and I am getting is attitude and this needs to be stopped. I hope I am able to prevent others from falling for the same scheme.
