After watching the many advertisements for the Blueworld Econoline pool, we contacted Blueworld about having a pool installed at our home. We were initially set to have or location inspected the next day but an hour later received a call saying that they couldn't inspect our site and that paperwork would be mailed to us to purchase the pool.
The paperwork arrived 3 days later informing us that the price of the pool was $100 more than advertised and that we would have to pick it up in Georgia (or pay nearly $400 to have it delivered) and that we would have to pay an independent contractor to install the pool... So the cost of the pool, that they advertise installed for less than $300, comes to nearly three times that amount prior to installation.
I have spoken to two different attorneys and both agree that there is sufficient evidence to support a false advertisement class action suit. Anyone interested in joining such an action can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
