I set an appointment for the land assessment and they never called or showed up. I waited an hour then called.
I was informed that they called me one time to tell me they weren't coming and did not get my voicemail. I was then informed that they had done "due diligence" and since i didnt have voicemail set up, i had failed to give them proper information and its not their job to attempt to contact the customer more than once.
She was incredibly rude and condescending. Needless to say, our pool will NOT be purchased through Blue World
