DO NOT BUY A POOL FROM BLUE WORLD POOLS!!! Repeat DO NOT BUY a pool from Blue World Pools!!

First off my delivery date was a month later than told and then they rushed installation! We knew nothing about a pool and needed to watch the video that came with the instruction book but it was BROKEN and we couldn’t watch it! I called and ask for another one to be sent and NEVER received it! The sales woman LIED to me and told me I would NEVER have to do anything but change the NEW PURPLE ROCK FILTRATION SYSTEM but every 6 YEARS!

Wrong! Then the seats (Sides) are suppose to hold like 200 lbs and that was a lie too. Ours bent the FIRST time someone sat on them! Now I’ve had my pool TWO SUMMERS....let me repeat TWO SUMMERS and the IODIZER and the PUMP has gone out!!

The sales lady also LIED ABOUT WARRANTIES! She told us that BWP would cover all parts and that we would only have to pay the cost of labor to put them on.....WRONG! Now I have gave three times the money for this pool that I THOUGHT had all kinds of warranties on it! That’s the ONLY REASON I gave that much for this pool because she filled me FULL OF BULL!

We should have read all the FINE PRINT but didn’t and now we are paying for it! THIS IS JUST A WARNING PEOPLE....DON’T BUY FROM BLUE WORLD POOLS!!!
