Ripped off here in south Louisiana. Same thing as everyone else. The salesman came and lied to me over and over about how this better pump had the Ionizer and I would never have to do anything but put 3 gallon of Clorox bleach in it each week. What a crock! So I bought the bigger one. Then I get a call from the finance division telling me my credit is so good I can get the 28' pool for the same price. Of course I did it. By the time the installer got here, summer was almost over. The installer broke my sidewalk and installed my pump too low to the ground. All fittings were permanent. Eventually, from flooding, the pump switch corroded off. I had to cut all the fittings and raise the pump and filter assemble a whole foot! Then, of course reconnect all the pipes. Everything I bought from BWP is marked up at a ridiculous amount! I found all the parts elsewhere for half their price. After paying for a couple of years, I called and learned I still owed a ridiculous amount, at 15.7%. I made a personal loan and paid that bill off quickly. What a rip off! If there is a class action lawsuit, please contact me. I have never been ripped off so badly in my life. All I wanted was a nice pool for my children and grandchildren. All I got is a never-ending nightmare.

Most undesirable company. | Blue World Pools review

I bought and paid cash in first week of May 2019 was told installations would be in 3 weeks they came in July. Did not bring sand and used some from field that has been there 2 years. Bottom of pool is uneven and we have major leak. Have called several times only to leave message that is never returned. Sent pictures by email still no response. Have at this time been on hold 45 minutes I think they have forgotten the call. Thinking of getting attorney but after reading these complaints not sure if will help. Not sure what I can do I bought one with what I thought was life time warranty. Can someone help me with and tell this widow what i should do.

I’ve had pi 3 years only was able to use it the firs year it leak I had to buy new liner 800. Tim rotten had to replace it to and on top of all that it cost me 1200 for someone to come put it up. I would have been better off buying from Walmart .

I sold pools for this company and they constantly claimed they did NOT have the paperwork needed to pay me a commission. People got pools installed,, sometimes 60 days later than anticipate,, but they got pools,,, and this company still insisted no sale had occurred and did not pay me anything... It is not just customers who get "ripped off",, but salesman who follow the Blue World Pool instructions and sales presentation.. I sometimes drove 75 to 100 miles in a day to see 2 or 3 prospective customers and received zero consideration for my time and mileage. They absolutely claimed on two different people that I had not sent in paperwork,, but the people have pools at their homes and have told me I was the only salesperson they ever talked to for BWP.. Don't trust this company.

Details
We purchased our pool around 2014. Was delivered and set up perfectly. Then they were done dealing with us. Never been able to get them to retuen phone calls and they refuse to come fix a broken part on my pump. Their office closed n nearest office is 5 hrs away. They will also say that whatever the problem may be, they will claim its the customers fault and they voided the warranty.

I ordered a pool on Friday June 21 2019 but by Monday I realized it was a scam so I called the company and email that I wanted to cancel on June 24 2019 . After I got the run around all that day I wrote a letter got it notarize took it straight to the post office paid $25.00 to get there by 12:00 pm the next day and the are still trying to tell me I owe them for a pool . Please if you are looking for the pool stay away from this company they are CROOKS they will try and wait you out on the three days and then call you telling you they are trying to help you save money on the cancellation fee . That is crazy how much they go out the way to rob people of there hard earn money
